   If using fractal noise on transparency, you can get different
ratios of opaque/transparent by using values above 100% and/or below
0% for the main transparency amount and the texture amount.

   'Fer instance, with the main amount set to 0%, and the texture
amount set to %200, you get approximately 25% opacity. Many other
variations are possible.

   Caveat: contrast (in the fractal noise panel) has a large
impact on these ratios and settings above 2 or so tend to nullify
the above effect.
